Diamond disc for splitting – sawing machine

The splitting disc is a diamond tool used to longitudinally split marble and agglomerate strips from block cutters. This disc can be mounted horizontally or vertically depending on the machine supplied and should only be used when wet. Thanks to our in-house stone analysis laboratory, we are able to create the right diamond segment for your specific needs to improve cutting performance and durability.

Features

Our range includes discs of various diameters (350mm to 900mm), thicknesses from 2.5mm to 4.5mm, with narrow or wide teeth and different segment sizes depending on the material being processed.

Customisation

Our production processes are optimised and organised so that we can customise each type of tool according to the material to be machined. The disc parts we can work on are:

  • Disc diameter
  • Core thickness
  • Centre hole, which can vary according to the type of machine you have;
  • Narrow or wide teeth, depending on the type of finish you want (for a perfect cut in the first case, or for a medium finish in the second);
  • The composition of the diamond segment, depending on the raw material you are working with.
