I was never a model student, as it was not clear to me what my aptitudes and talents were. However, at the age of 15 I started to learn about the world of work and dream of following in my dad’s footsteps: traveling. His example and my desire for research were my good fortune.
In fact, I started working in a multinational company as a textile machine installation technician abroad. Through my manager, now my partner, I had the opportunity to move to Shanghai for two years with the task of managing the company’s technical service center.
It all started from that trip.There, I recognized and named my skills that every day I try to enhance, as I believe there are no limits.
What are these skills of mine? Those who know me know-so we should get to know each other to deepen them, don’t you think? I hope to have a chance to meet you. In addition to work, we will talk about cars, travel, wine, food, and everything that revolves around the world of fashion, design, and innovation, because I am a curious person who is constantly researching.

What I do today is the result of randomness.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, I pursued a master’s degree in International Marketing, specializing as an Export Manager.
A significant experience during this path was an internship in Norway at a leading stone materials mining and processing machinery company, where I had the opportunity to explore new markets. Since then, I have always worked along the entire supply chain of stone materials, from their extraction to their processing and transformation.
In 2013, I moved from Tuscany to Veneto, starting as a sales manager in the stone sector for a historic diamond tool company. Later, I entered the ceramic tools sector. I currently work for Dellas, where I use my skills in both the ceramic and stone sectors.
Besides work, I have a daughter, with whom I spend time, in between discussions. I love reading, traveling, playing Burraco, water sports, and hiking in the mountains with friends and my dog.
The phrase that best represents me is “fortune favors the bold.”

True luck is not blind. True luck is the result of being able to read between the nuances of everyday life, to catch the right moments to grow day by day with determination, patience and passion.
I recognize what I say in my own growth path, which was strongly influenced by the teachings of my family. My parents passed on to me the culture and respect for work; they taught me to give my best consistently, without burning out.
Later, my brothers, participating in the Erasmus study abroad program, showed me a different view of the world; and this mix was my “luck.”
I have been working in the stone industry since I was a teenager: first in my uncle’s company, then in England where I had my first foreign experience.
Curiosity and the desire to get out of my comfort zone later led me to meet the reality of Dellas, for whom I lived and worked in the East, in the Land of the Rising Sun, for several years.
